Doch wie steht es mit der so dringend ben\u00f6tigten Klimaneutralit\u00e4t? Wenn die Bundesrepublik ihre Klimaziele erreichen will, f\u00fchrt um eine W\u00e4rmewende und damit die Dekarbonisierung von Prozessw\u00e4rme und Dampf in unserer energieintensiven Industrie kein Weg herum.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-ca4eaed elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"ca4eaed\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-1fdc8fb\" data-id=\"1fdc8fb\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fa5e485 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"fa5e485\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Prozessw\u00e4rme in der Industrie<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e4a8160 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e4a8160\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Sicher ist: Die deutsche Industrie hat einen hohen W\u00e4rmebedarf. Allein 2021 wurden nach Angaben des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.destatis.de\/DE\/Presse\/Pressemitteilungen\/2022\/12\/PD22_530_435.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Statistischen Bundesamtes<\/a> 3 918 Petajoule Energie in der Industrie verbraucht, der Gro\u00dfteil davon f\u00fcr die Strom- und W\u00e4rmeerzeugung. Die sogenannte Prozessw\u00e4rme, die ben\u00f6tigt wird, um Glas, Metall, Zement oder Papier schmelzen, schmieden, brennen oder trocknen zu k\u00f6nnen, macht nach <a href=\"https:\/\/www.umsicht.fraunhofer.de\/de\/presse-medien\/pressemitteilungen\/2022\/waermewende-industrie.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Angaben des Fraunhofer Instituts<\/a> rund 67 Prozent des Energieverbrauchs der deutschen Industrie aus. Kein Wunder, setzen entsprechende industrielle Prozesse doch zum Teil Temperaturen von bis zu 3.000 \u00b0C voraus.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-57316fb elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"57316fb\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-ac26c16\" data-id=\"ac26c16\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7145391 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7145391\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Prozessw\u00e4rme: Hebel zur Senkung der CO2-Emissionen<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8b6acca elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8b6acca\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Alarmierend dabei ist, dass bis dato nur etwa sechs Prozent des f\u00fcr die W\u00e4rmebereitstellung ben\u00f6tigten Energiebedarfs durch erneuerbare Energien gedeckt werden (Quelle: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.umsicht.fraunhofer.de\/de\/presse-medien\/pressemitteilungen\/2022\/waermewende-industrie.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fraunhofer Institut<\/a>). Auch Strom mache nach Angaben des Fraunhofer Instituts nur einen Anteil von etwa acht Prozent aus und sei als Energiequelle im heutigen Strommix noch l\u00e4ngst nicht emissionsfrei.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Um das zu \u00e4ndern und auch, um die derzeit noch vorhandene starke Abh\u00e4ngigkeit von fossilen Energietr\u00e4gern wie \u00d6l oder Erdgas \u2013 und damit auch von ihren Lieferanten \u2013 zu forcieren, werden Initiativen zur Dekarbonisierung von Prozessw\u00e4rme gro\u00dfes Potenzial zugeschrieben. Im Fokus der Optimierung steht dabei vor allem die Elektrifizierung von industriellen Prozessen und damit die Umstellung auf strombasierte Verfahren.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Doch wie kann die so dringend ben\u00f6tigte Dekarbonisierung des Industriesektors in der Praxis gelingen? \u201eAusschlaggebend ist ein effizientes Energiemanagement \u2013 und der beste Weg, dies zu erreichen, ist intelligente Elektrifizierung. Anlagenbetreiber profitieren von mehr Flexibilit\u00e4t in der Produktion, einer Optimierung des Lebenszyklus und h\u00f6herer Leistung. Dadurch r\u00fcckt die Dekarbonisierung des Industriesektors in greifbare N\u00e4he \u2013 durch \u00d6kostrom und umfangreiche M\u00f6glichkeiten zur Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz\u201d, schreibt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.digital-process-industry.de\/intelligente-elektrifizierung-industrielle-prozesse-nachhaltiger-gestalten\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Digital-Process-Industry<\/a>.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.digital-process-industry.de\/intelligente-elektrifizierung-industrielle-prozesse-nachhaltiger-gestalten\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fachmagazin<\/a> hat mit Blick auf das Ziel einer klimaneutralen Prozessw\u00e4rme drei Hebel zur Senkung der CO<sub>2<\/sub>-Emissionen identifiziert: \u201eErstens geht es darum, mehr Flexibilit\u00e4t in die Energienutzung zu bringen, etwa durch den Einsatz von Speicherl\u00f6sungen und virtuellen Kraftwerken. Zweitens m\u00fcssen wir betriebliche Abl\u00e4ufe digitalisieren, damit Energie wirklich effizient genutzt werden kann. Dies l\u00e4sst sich durch den Einsatz von IoT-Ger\u00e4ten, Sensoren und Software erreichen. Und drittens ben\u00f6tigen wir eine intelligente Elektrifizierung \u00fcber alle betrieblichen Prozesse hinweg. Von diesen drei Hebeln hat der dritte das h\u00f6chste Dekarbonisierungspotenzial und kann dabei von den ersten beiden betr\u00e4chtlich profitieren.\u201c<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-89fb0fd elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"89fb0fd\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-76d6207\" data-id=\"76d6207\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-70a2031 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"70a2031\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Industrielle W\u00e4rmeversorgung elektrifizieren<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-19892c3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"19892c3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u201eDie Elektrifizierung von Prozessen und Anwendungen ist die Voraussetzung f\u00fcr die Energiewende&#8220;, schreibt auch das Fraunhofer Institut in seinem Impulspapier <a href=\"https:\/\/www.umsicht.fraunhofer.de\/de\/presse-medien\/pressemitteilungen\/2022\/waermewende-industrie.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u201eProzessw\u00e4rme f\u00fcr eine klimaneutrale Industrie\u201c<\/a>. Gerade hier unterst\u00fctzen thermische Energiespeicherl\u00f6sungen wie zum Beispiel die ThermalBattery\u2122 von ENERGYNEST. Die intelligente Speicherl\u00f6sung, die sich unkompliziert in viele industrielle Umgebungen integrieren l\u00e4sst, erm\u00f6glicht es, regenerativ erzeugten Strom zu g\u00fcnstigen Zeitpunkten am Markt einzukaufen, als W\u00e4rme zu speichern und zu einem sp\u00e4teren Zeitpunkt im Rahmen der industriellen Prozesse in Form von W\u00e4rme oder Dampf wieder abzugeben. Dazu schreibt die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dena.de\/fileadmin\/dena\/Publikationen\/PDFs\/2019\/1445_Broschuere_Abwaermenutzung.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Deutsche Energie-Agentur GmbH (DENA)<\/a>: \u201eDie Nutzung industrieller Abw\u00e4rme birgt herausragende Energieeffizienzpotenziale f\u00fcr Unternehmen in Deutschland.\u201c Nach Angaben der DENA wende die deutsche Industrie j\u00e4hrlich 1.670 Petajoule bzw. 460 Terawattstunden Energie auf, um W\u00e4rme f\u00fcr ben\u00f6tigte Produktions- und Verarbeitungsprozesse zu erzeugen. Dabei geht ein hoher Anteil allerdings als ungenutzte Abw\u00e4rme verloren. \u201eDiese Energieeffizienzpotenziale gilt es zugunsten der internationalen Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit, wie auch als Beitrag zur Energiewende in Deutschland zu heben\u201c, so die DENA. Damit kann nicht nur die Effizienz der Anlagen und die Effektivit\u00e4t der Dekarbonisierung deutlich verbessert werden. Auch die Versorgungssicherheit, die in Bezug auf regenerative Energien h\u00e4ufig im Fokus von Debatten steht, kann so gew\u00e4hrleistet werden.
